I can participate in the exchange programme and have been granted a scholarship. Which means I will attend the art classes at Hunter from January to May 2009.
Excited I am, but still, I get freaked out by the fact I have to find a place to live over there. the plan so far:
Arriving 3 weeks early to school, stay in a youth hostel a search craigslist every day. School won't arrange shit.
Big other point to freak about:, I've got massive anxiety for flying
But hurray, NYC!
P.S. Send me a note if you have a spare room or know of one

But hey NY is great, i gotta admit.
I did email your friend a couple a times, but eventually found myself a room in a house full of exchange/intern people.
A nice browstone house in Brooklyn, a block from Park Slope and BedStuy.
